Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- 2 chopped green onions
- bacon bits (or any meat you desire)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk all the eggs together along with the salt and pepper.
- Put the chopped green onion, shredded cheese, and bacon bits into the bottom of the muffin tins.
- Fill the muffin cups almost to the top with the egg mixture and put them in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes or until set. Allow to cool for a bit before serving, and dig in!
